All products can be returned/ exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Shipping costs are non-refundable Please be aware that the return/ exchange shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit. Please use a trackable shipping method. For security reasons, do not write the contents of the package such as jewelry, silver or any other related items on the outside of the box.
It's important to note that pierced earrings cannot be returned/ exchanged due to hygiene rules. Returns or exchanges of special orders are not permitted.
Please get in touch with us prior to returning/ exchanging any items to Kokchian. Once approved, you will receive an email confirming the return as well as the instructions for shipping and packaging.
To receive a refund, you must provide the relevant purchase documentation. Items must be unworn, in original packaging.

REPAIR
We offer free repairs within 3 months of purchase, if no detail of the purchased jewelry is missing. After 3 months charges apply based on labor and cost of materials. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. Repairs usually take 4–5 business days (excluding shipping).
For items bought through one of our retail resellers, please return the damaged item to the same retailer.
